Golf Classic Order Form

The first-ever George Koonce Panther Athletics Golf Classic is set for June 19 in Fond du Lac.

The event will take place at South Hills Golf and Country Club, with golf starting at noon.

Player packages include lunch, dinner, a player gift and 18 holes of medal-play golf. A single golfer can register for $225 while a foursome is available for $800. Sponsorship packages inclusive and exclusive of golf are also available, as are tickets for the dinner and auction portion of the day.

The auction will include great items from the NFL and elsewhere. Plus, a number of special guests - including current Green Bay Packers standout Charles Woodson - will be in attendance at the event.

All proceeds from the golf outing and auction will benefit the UWM Athletics Department.
