UWM alum Chris Hill is starting his first year as the academic advisor for the Panther men's basketball program. Hill was most recently a graduate student manager at Tennessee after a successful professional basketball career overseas. The Chicago native played in 116 games during his Panther career, which spanned from 2001-2006. He made 71 starts at point guard, scoring 754 points to go with 301 assists and 291 rebounds. Hill started 24 games during the Sweet 16 season of 2004-05 and then started all 31 contests as the Panthers advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament under Jeter in 2005-06. In Hill's five seasons in Milwaukee, including his redshirt year in 2002-03, the Panthers won three Horizon League regular season titles, three Horizon League Tournament titles and played in three NCAA Tournaments. In all, UWM won 108 games, including three games in the NCAA Tournament. |
