About Panther Pack and How it Works
What is Panther Pack?
Panther Pack is an incentive rewards card program to encourage and promote student attendance at all Milwaukee Panthers Athletics home games and meets. Card members earn points for attending games and redeem them for incentive rewards offered by Panther Pack sponsors.
Who can join?
All UWM students enrolled in the 2008-2009 academic calendar year.
Is there a membership fee?
No! Panther Pack enrollment is FREE!
How long does my membership last?
September 1, 2008 through June, 2009.
How does the program work?
Fill out a short registration form at any Panther Pack table located at Engelmann Field, Klotsche Center or U.S. Cellular Arena. You'll receive your free Panther Pack scan card and a first reward just for attending your first event!
Put the scan card on your key chain and bring it to all future Panthers Athletics home games and meets you attend. Have it scanned at the Panther Pack table anytime before the end of halftime. Panther Pack tables close at the end of halftime so don't wait until the end of the game or meet!
If I am going to be late for a game can I have a friend present my card for scanning?
No. Members must present their own cards at games and meets...no exceptions!
What if I lose my card or find a lost card?
Notify the Panther Pack office immediately by email (
pantherpack@hotmail.com), phone (414-229-1110) or in person at any Panther Pack redemption table located at Engelmann Field, Klotsche Center or U.S. Cellular Arena and you will be able to purchase a replacement card for $5. Also your points from one card will be transferred to your new card
What events earn points?
Your Panther Pack card earns point at all home games for men's and women's soccer, women's volleyball, men's and women's basketball, men's and women's swimming and diving meets and men's baseball. Bonus events, like post-season games and on-campus pep rallies, will be announced as scheduled throughout the year.
How many points do I earn for each game?
You earn 10 points per game and meet. If you reach 400 or more points over the year you are automatically entered in the Panther Pack Sweepstakes prize drawings to be held in May, 2009.
How are my points tracked?
Every time you attend a Panthers Athletics home game or meet and have your Panther Pack card scanned before the end of halftime you will automatically earn attendance points for that game or event.
How can I check my earned points?
Go to
www.uwmpanthers.com, click on the Panther Pack icon for a link to the Panther Pack page. Click "Track Your Points", type in your I.D. number (found on the back of the card under the bar code scan) and your point total is shown.
Where do I receive my awards?
Redeem your earned attendance points for incentive rewards at any Panther Pack redemption table open until the end of halftime, at Engelmann Field, Klotsche Center or U.S. Cellular Arena. You must present your Panther Pack scan card and UWM student ID card to receive your earned reward.
When do you stop scanning Panther Pack Rewards cards at games?
Typically, Panther Pack cards will be scanned throughout the first half of each game. See below for the times when scanning will end for each event. If you leave before these times during any contest your point for that event may be subtracted.
Volleyball: End of game two
Soccer: End of first half
Basketball: End of First half
Swimming and Diving: End of 2nd Diving Break
Baseball: End of 5th inning
