2012: Selected by the Philadelphia Phillies in the ninth round with the 308th pick of the 2012 Major League Baseball Draft ... became the highest draft choice in UWM program history ... took over the closer role for Milwaukee as a junior and recorded six saves with a 3.27 ERA in 28 appearances ... struck out 22 batters in 33.0 innings of work ... finished fourth in the Horizon League in saves and games finished and was seventh in appearances ... earned the save in his second appearance of the season, closing out an extra-inning victory over Minnesota Feb. 25 ... allowed just one earned run over a stretch of 16 appearances, March 27 through May 13 ... saved games against Youngstown State March 16 and April 21 ... struck out three in 2.0 innings of work against Northwestern April 17 ... recorded saves in three-straight games, tallying two against UIC May 4-5 and another against Northwestern May 9 ... struck out the side in an inning of work at Butler May 13 ... worked a season-high 4.0 innings against Wright State in the Horizon League Tournament May 25, allowing no runs on just three hits.

High School: Named Wisconsin Baseball Coaches Association All-District Second Team and All-Mississippi Valley Conference Second Team as a senior ... went 7-1 with an ERA of 1.52, striking out 94 batters while allowing just 18 walks and 42 hits in 64 innings of work ... as a junior, went 8-0 with a 1.66 ERA in nine games ... led Onalaska to a 24-4 record overall ... finished with five complete games and two shutouts ... played in the WBCA Brewers Classic All-Star game and is also a National Honor Society member ... earned all-academic honors ... member of the 2008 Wisconsin State Baseball Legion championship team ... also an all-state hockey player and all-conference quarterback.
