MILWAUKEE - The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee's three-game weekend series at Creighton has been cancelled because of poor weather conditions.

Forecasts called for cold temperatures and rain or snow in the Omaha area this weekend.

No makeup date for the series has been announced. The Panthers (0-2) have now had five of their first seven games of the season cancelled. UWM hopes to travel to Lincoln, Neb., for a three-game series with Nebraska March 7-9.
