MILWAUKEE - The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee men's soccer team closes out the month of October with two games at home, including a looming Horizon League showdown with Loyola on Saturday that has large implications in the conference seedings.

After winning five of their first nine games in 2011, the Panthers have hit a bit of a slump and look to turn the tables heading into postseason play. The team also took on the Wisconsin Badgers this week in search of a 3-0 record against instate rivals. We caught up with senior Ross Van Osdol and junior John Shakon this week to discuss.
