2013 Indoor: Came in third in both the 3000m and 5000m at the Horizon League Championships ... time of 8:29.10 in the 3k at the GVSU Big Meet stands sixth all time in UWM history ... also ran the mile once on the season, taking fourth.

2012 Indoor: Did not compete and maintained junior eligibility. Outdoor: Took fourth in the 5000m at the league championships ... finished sixth in the event at the Cardinal Twilight with a season-best time of 14:40.28 ... that time equaled sixth-best in UWM history ... also took second in the 5k at the Pacesetter Quadrangular ... ran the 3000m once, taking fourth against Marquette ... also competed in the 1500m once on the season, finishing eighth at the storied Kansas Relays ... never finished outside the top-10 on the season.

2011 Indoor: Took fifth in the mile at the league championships ... also took fifth in the mile at the badger Track Classic and finished 10th at the Marquette Dual Meet ... finished 12th in the 3000m at the league meet. Outdoor: Finished third in 1500m at league championships ... had three other top-10 finishes in same event by taking first at the Calhoun Invite, sixth at the Big Blue Classic and seventh at the PolyTan Invitational.

2010 Indoor: Finished 11th in the mile run at the league meet ... had fifth-place finishes in the mile at the Badger Quad and in the 800m at the UWM Panther Tune-Up ... was ninth in the 800m at the Wisconsin Elite Invitational. Outdoor: Took seventh in the 1500m at the league championships, posting the eighth-best time in school history (3:53.70) ... had top-10 finishes in the 1500m by taking seventh at the Sea Ray Relays, eighth at the Rankin Invitational and ninth at the Eastern Illinois Invitational ... ran with the school-record distance medley relay at the Drake Relays.

High School
As a senior, competed at the state meet in the 800m, posting a personal best time of 1:56.02 ... took fourth at sectionals in the 1600m, running a time of 4:20.93, as a junior.
