Brackets

MILWAUKEE - Five members of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee men's and women's track & field teams will compete in six events at this weekend's NCAA West Regional Championships in Austin, Texas.

Who
Two women (in three events) and three men have all earned spots among the nation's best and will compete at the regional meet May 24-26 in Austin, Texas. Laura Hamel (high jump), Samia Taylor (long jump & triple jump), Durell Busby (110m hurdles), Dexter Schleis (400m hurdles) and Aaron Dillon (triple jump) make up this year's group that will represent the Panthers at regionals.

When
The meet gets underway at the University of Texas on Thursday and continues through Saturday. Times for Milwaukee events are:

THURSDAY, MAY 24
M-400m Hurdles [First Round] (Schleis) - 4 p.m.
W-Long Jump (Taylor) - 5:30 p.m.

FRIDAY, MAY 25
M-110m Hurdles [First Round] (Busby) - 5 p.m.
W-High Jump (Hamel) - 5 p.m.
M-Triple Jump (Dillon) - 6 p.m.
M-400m Hurdles [Quarterfinals*] (Schleis) - 7:30 p.m.

SATURDAY, MAY 26
M-100m Hurdles [Quarterfinals*] (Busby) - 7:05 p.m.
W-Triple Jump (Taylor) 6:30 p.m.
