Cross Country
2011: Had stellar junior year, scoring in every meet and finishing first four times ... All-Horizon League First-Team ... took 12th in UIC season opener ... finished first at Midwest Invite ... followed that up with another first-place finish at Falcon Invite ... was named Horizon League Runner of the Week Sept. 19th after back-to-back first-place finishes ... posted season-best time on a 5000m course at Bradley Classic, finishing fourth overall ... also took fourth at league championships, earning all-league first-team honors ... ran at NCAA Great Lakes Regional, finishing second for UWM.
2010: Led the team at two meets on the season ... finished 83rd as the team's top runner at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional meet ... was fifth at the Midwest Invitational ... took 37th at the league championship ... scored as the team's No. 2 runner at the Bradley Classic, taking 66th in a season-best time of 25:37.
2009: Scored for UWM at every meet, finishing in the top three all but one time ... finished 24th as the third Panther runner at the league meet ... took second at the UIC Home Opener in first cross country race ever ... was fourth at the Huskie Invitational.
Track
2010 Indoor: Finished 11th in the mile run at the league meet ... had fifth-place finishes in the mile at the Badger Quad and in the 800m at the UWM Panther Tune-Up ... was ninth in the 800m at the Wisconsin Elite Invitational. Outdoor: Took seventh in the 1500m at the league championships, posting the eighth-best time in school history (3:53.70) ... had top-10 finishes in the 1500m by taking seventh at the Sea Ray Relays, eighth at the Rankin Invitational and ninth at the Eastern Illinois Invitational ... ran with the school-record distance medley relay at the Drake Relays.
High School
As a senior, competed at the state meet in the 800m, posting a personal best time of 1:56.02 ... took fourth at sectionals in the 1600m, running a time of 4:20.93, as a junior.
