"Ever since coming to Hobart and playing in the SEABL, playing in the WNBL was a distant dream," Laur said. "But now that it's a reality, I couldn't be happier and am so grateful for the opportunity to play for the Logan Thunder. The coaches and administration seem wonderful there and it is a family atmosphere - which is what I like. Playing at Milwaukee and for Coach Botham truly prepared me for my professional career. The discipline and work ethic instilled in me has really given me that edge in my and I am forever thankful for that."
