ROMEOVILLE, Ill. - Maddy Soule and Christina Colarossi capped off a stellar weekend at the DePaul Invitational by claiming the championship of the top doubles flight.

That match capped the final day of action for the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee at the three-day event.

The tandem finished their four-match run with an 8-5 win over Zsofia Kranczicki and Zsofia Lanstiak of Lewis University. Soule and Colarossi had earlier beaten a pair of groups from DePaul as well as the top group from UIC.

In singles action, the day was highlighted by a three-set win over Kristin Kurer over Arantza De La Torre of Northern Illinois.
