Cross Country

2010: Was the team's top runner at every meet, winning four races ... earned all-region honors with a 20th-place finish at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional meet ... took third at the league championship to repeat on the all-league first team ... ran a personal-best time of 17:26.68 at the meet, a PR by over 22 seconds ... also posted the team's best league finish since 2000 and its best-ever league meet time ... won the UIC Home Opener, Midwest Invitational, Falcon Invitational and the Bradley Classic ... won at Bradley with a PR time of 21:05 on a 6000m course ... named Horizon League Athlete of the Week Oct. 18.

2009: Was UWM's No 2 runner at all but one meet ... placed 73rd at the NCAA Regional as the team's No. 1 finisher ... earned all-league first team honors with fifth-place finish at the league meet ... had two other top-five finishes on the season, taking third at the UIC Home Opener and fifth at the Huskie Invitational.

• All-League Second Team (2010 10,000m)

2010 Indoor: Led the team with top times in the mile, 3000m and 5000m ... took third in the 3000m and fourth in the 5000m at the league championships ... ran 10:08.57 in the 3000m, the eighth-best time in school history ... won the unseeded 5000m at the Iowa State Cyclone Classic in a time of 17:33.54--sixth-best in school history ... had three other top-10 finishes on the season, including a win in the mile run at the UWM Panther Tune-Up. Outdoor: Led the team in all three distance events: 3000m, 5000m and 10,000m ... was runner-up in the 10,000m and fourth in the 5000m at the league meet ... took fifth in the 5000m at the Raleigh Relays, posting the fifth-best time in school history at 17:20.10 ... at the Mt. SAC Relays, was 25th, but ran the sixth-best time in school history of 36:07.70 ... ran with the school-record distance medley relay at the Drake Relays.

Pecatonica-Argyle
Three-time state competitor in track ... also competed at state twice in cross country ... finished third in the 1600m as a junior at the Wisconsin Division III track meet ... also placed eighth in the 800m and ran with the 4x400m relay at the meet ... as a sophomore, ran with the 4x100m relay at the state meet after running with both the 4x100m and 4x400m relays as a freshman ... placed fourth at the state cross country meet her senior year after a second-place finish when she was a junior.
