- UWM has now played three-straight matches against NCAA Tournament teams. The Panthers still have non-league matches against NCAA qualifiers Michigan State and Florida A&M remaining.

- True freshman Mary Beth O'Brien made her first collegiate start.

- Sarah Sliva made her first appearance of the season for the Panthers, and now 13 of the 15 players on the active roster have already made at least one appearance for UWM. The only players who have not yet played are Melissa Jansen, a walk-on from West Bend, and Morgan Kilberger, a true freshman currently sidelined with a shoulder injury.

- The Panther Invitational All-Tournament team included Jenna Malcom, Kaylee Manns and Victoria Henson of Iowa State, Rachel Kieckhaefer and Allison Weber of Ole Miss and Mallory Leggett of Illinois State. Malcom was the tournament MVP.

- Iowa State was officially crowned the tournament champion thanks to its 2-1 record and head-to-head win over Ole Miss.
