Video: Catching Up With Susie Johnson And Panther Volleyball
July 13, 2012
The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee women's volleyball is less than one month away from the start of preseason practice and the Panthers are eager to get the 2012 season underway. UWM won the Horizon League regular season and tournament titles a season ago, going a perfect 16-0 in league play and 25-5 overall. Honorable mention All-American Rachel Neuberger, league tournament most valuable player Elizabeth Egerer and region freshman of the year Kayla Price head the list of returnees for Milwaukee, which opens its regular season at the Duke Invitational in late August. The Black and Gold Network caught up with head coach Susie Johnson during the team's youth camp this week to talk about the off-season and the upcoming 2012 campaign.
