The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee women's volleyball team is off to North Carolina this weekend to open its season at the Duke Invitational.

The Panthers will be tested at the event, with the host Blue Devils having made the NCAA Tournament a season ago while Fairfield has been picked to win the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference.

Junior Rachel Neuberger and sophomore Julie Kolinske are expected to be two of the Panthers' top performers this season. The duo spoke to the Black and Gold Network after practice this week to look back at the preseason and ahead to the 2013 campaign.
